That's 'hello' in both senses, surprise and greeting. Haven't found you here before. This looks like top high-concept entertainment. I liked the title of 'I Will Alarm Islamic Owls' more than the poem, and I think the Emily Dickinson is more in the style of Stevie Smith (with added dashes), but really want to read 'Dammit, Dave'.
