Another dreary post about the weather

Once again, I'm missing all the fun. I love London in the snow, but I'm currently in Edinburgh (where it is bastard cold, but not a single flake so far). Bah! Feh! Grumble!

I'm loving Edinburgh, though. Haven't been here since I was ten, so it's all new to me. And all the pubs are smoke-free, and it seems like most of them have free wireless access. What's not to like?

London's not snowing yet - but if you're up there all week you probably will miss ours (but you'll get loads of your own, and have endless fun getting back home).
Are you coming to Picocon? (we'll probably be in the vicinity at the V&A Chinese New Year bash and having teas & cakes at Patisserie Valerie for my birthday)

We had some snow overnight, but only about an eighth of an inch, and it was mostly gone by the end of the rush hour. Apparently there's some due for tomorrow, so the train home might be fun...

I can't make Picocon this year (bah!), so happy birthday in advance...
